Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one email box account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your mailboxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired emails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mail box you want to forward email messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
