Hepsia's File Manager section enables you to handle the content of your web site using simple point 'n' click maneuvers. Right-click shortcut menus allow rapid access to various file manipulation options, whereas handy drag & drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your PC in no time. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to archive and unzip files effortlessly too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop computer. The built-in drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to effortlessly move files between your PC and the hosting server. Just select the file that you would like to upload from your desktop PC and then drag it over to your browser window. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your hard disk. Additionally, you can download files and even folders to your PC by clicking the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager, you can create a new file or folder with just one single click of the mouse. All action buttons are handily located above the file/folder list and you can modify your files easily. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, explore the contents of a file or change its permissions, delete a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you will be able to zip and unarchive all types of files. It does work surprisingly fast - just select the files you want to make a compressed archive of and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive type (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract an archive file to a specified directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you actually do not need any external software to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to view the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will in fact appear on your website. Besides, you will find an array of integrated file editors, which will give you full authority over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more knowledgeable users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced users.
